3. Respect for Property
You commit to treating all berths and associated properties with respect, adhering to all guidelines provided by berth owners, and leaving the berth in the condition it was found.
4. Safety and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your boat complies with all relevant safety standards and regulations. You agree to operate your vessel in a safe and lawful manner at all times while using the Docky Service.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies for bookings made through the Service are set by the boat owners or berth providers. Please review the specific cancellation terms provided by each listing. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
6. Intellectual Property
