As a boat owner, you agree to honor the terms of your booking, including arrival and departure times, and any specific rules or requirements set by the berth owner.

You agree to the financial terms set forth by Docky for booking berths, including payment of fees, adherence to cancellation policies, and any other financial transactions facilitated by Docky.

You commit to treating all berths and associated properties with respect, adhering to all guidelines provided by berth owners, and leaving the berth in the condition it was found.

You are responsible for ensuring that your boat complies with all relevant safety standards and regulations. You agree to operate your vessel in a safe and lawful manner at all times while using the Docky Service.

Cancellation policies for bookings made through the Service are set by the boat owners or berth providers. Please review the specific cancellation terms provided by each listing. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

The Service, including all content, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to Docky or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Docky reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Docky makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Service's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Docky be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
